About Me

Hi! I am a front-end developer, with a focus on creating user interfaces for both web and mobile, leveraging the latest of technologies. My goal is to build a career as an engineer, who is an amalgam of development, design and business. With a total of 4+ years of work experience, I have spent last 2 years solely on frontend development. I also have prior experience in UI design and business operations.

I like to enhance my knowledge and keep myself up-to-date by taking online courses. In the course of few months, I have successfully completed Udemy's best seller web development course, "The Web Developer Bootcamp" by Colt Steele and "Essentials in JavaScript - ES6" by David Katz. Currently, I am enrolled in two more courses - "Modern React with Redux" & "The Coding Interview Bootcamp" both by Stephen Grider.

The Web Developer Bootcamp

A 43 hours of video course, comprised of frontend as well as backend basics.

My learnings from this course:

Essentials in JavaScript - ES6

A 1.5 hours of video course with over 40 lectures.

This course helped me get a clear understanding on the basics of ES6. Following which, I have started using ES6 in my code and also wrote a blog on Medium about 8 awesome ES6 features.
